Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase do not worry!

Simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase. As long as items are in a resaleable condition with labels attached and in any original packaging we will issue a you a full refund.

Returns can be made instore or they can be posted back to us. If you would prefer to post your items back to us you can do so with a returns form to:

Items returned to us in the same condition outside 30 days of purchase will usually be eligible for an exchange or credit note (to be used within 6 months) but this will be at the discretion of Beat School Uniforms Ltd.

Please note that if you choose to have a garment personalised you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
