The service at the Watford Beat School Uniforms was excellent. We were served really promptly by Eloise, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Eloise served myself and my two little girls at the Watford store recently, the store was easy to find thanks to the instructions on the website, wonderfully laid out, and Eloise made our shopping trip a breeze. Great experience! We were early for our uniform fitting but the staff were able to accommodate us. Great customer service from both Elena and Freya who were patient and really knowledgeable. We recently visited the Watford branch to get school uniforms for my two kids and had a fantastic experience. We were assisted by Natasha, who provided truly excellent customer service. She was incredibly patient and helpful, bringing out multiple different sizes to ensure both of my kids got the perfect fit. We had a fantastic experience getting our child's high school uniform. Izzy was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. We never felt rushed and were given plenty of time to try different sizes and styles without feeling like we were taking up too much time. Her excellent customer service made all the difference.
